Discussion about high-performers:

High performers are very competend in soft and/or technical skills.
However, it depends on the definition of "high performance" who counts as a high performer.
Above all, high performers are very important to an organisation and should be kept motivated.

High performers are HIGHLY COMPETENT USERS OF soft and/or technical skills.
However, it depends on the definition of "high performance" AS TO who counts as a high performer.
Above all, high performers are EXTREMELY important to anY organization and should be kept motivated AT ALL COSTS.
